Hello! My name is Rick. I have been studying and performing music for over 20 years. I have been working professionally on stage and in the recording studio since 1998. In addition to that I have been providing professional music education in the Portland-Vancouver area for over fifteen years. Many of my former students have gone on to great achievements!
I believe that everyone can play music! It is just a matter of finding the right approach. Through an intuitive process, as well as music theory & mechanics on the instrument, I assess the way an individual learns. From there, together we develop systems to achieve success!
